A - CHEST
Measure around your chest beneath your armpits, and in line with your nipples. Make sure the tape is level all the way around.
B - WAIST
Your waist is located four fingers beneath your belly button. Wrap the tape around your waistline, making sure the tape is level all the way around.
C- ARM LENGTH
Start from the bone at the top edge of your shoulder and measure to your elbow. Hold the tape there and continue measuring to your wrist, just below your wrist bone.
Wrap the tape measure around your thigh just below the crotch. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around.
E- LEG LENGTH
Find the a point on your side that corresponds with your waist and measure from this point all along your leg down to the floor.
